Safety and Precautions
During this unprecedented time, Krystal Enterprise Limousine has taken this opportunity to provide the safest environment in our vehicles to help fight the spread of COVID-19 within our community.

Drivers and Greeters

Before starting a shift, all drivers are required to complete a health check to track pattern of health. Temperatures are checked prior to start of shift ensuring the driver/greeter has a body temperature below 100 degrees Fahrenheit. If employees report of any symptoms or high body temperature, they are required to stay home and a different employee will be assigned. Within our work environment, all processes will be done following CDC guidelines:

  • frequent hand washing with soap and warm water for 30 seconds

  • if a bathroom is not available, hand sanitizer will be provided in all cars

  • avoid touching the eyes, nose, or mouth with unsanitized hands

  • practice good respiratory etiquette

  • avoid close contact with people who present symptoms

With the introduction of new strains causing COVID-19 to be more contagious, please be cautious of potential sources of exposure including surfaces touched or handled by others or touching your mouth, nose, or eyes.

Face Mask Mandate

As of August 21, 2020, Governor Ige has required all citizens and visitors of Oahu to wear a face mask in all public settings with a state-wide mandate. With that in mind, all passengers including drivers will be required to wear a CDC approved face mask unless there is a child under the age of 2.

Cleaning, Sanitizing, and Disinfecting Vehicles and Facilities

Krystal Enterprise Limousine has adopted a disinfection protocol based on guidelines published by the CDC, OSHA, and WHO specific to SARS-CoV-2/COVID19. After each transport, drivers (using a mask and gloves) wipe down all surfaces within the car using disinfecting wipes and an isopropyl alcohol solution. Before and after each transport, all vehicles are stocked with disposable masks, hand sanitizers, disinfecting wipes, and gloves.

No passengers are allowed to ride upfront with the driver due to COVID protocol.
