What are the prices for the listed vehicles?

Prices for each vehicle is available to view by clicking the “Book Now” button located on the upper right corner of the site. Depending on the type of service needed and for how long, a quote can be requested for specific vehicles and transfers.

If we haven’t decided on a destination, can we discuss it with the driver first?

Of course! We understand planning to visit multiple destinations can be a stressful process. Just let us know your desired length of charter and our drivers can help create a custom trip of hotspot destinations you’d like to see.

Is the price per passenger or per vehicle?

The prices listed are per vehicle. Within the passenger capacity, any number of passengers can ride our vehicles.

Is there an after hours surcharge?

For transports occurring between 11pm and 5am, an extra 10% surcharge will be added to the total price.

Is there a Cancellation Policy?

If you’d like to cancel your booking:

  • 72 hour or more notice: no charge

  • 48 hour notice: 50% charge of total amount

  • less than 24 hour notice: 100% charge of total amount

Can you provide foreign language speaking drivers?

Yes, our staff consists of a variety of foreign language speaking drivers. We have English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese speaking drivers available. If the language you seek has not been listed, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We would be more than happy to accommodate for any language needed.

Does the total price include gratuities and tax?

Taxes are included in the total price, but are not inclusive of gratuity. If you’d like to tip your driver, please hand it to them directly.
