Where do I meet my driver once I arrive at the airport?

For Domestic flights, the driver will meet you at baggage claim. For International flights, the driver can meet you at the “group exit” located past customs. For extra reassurance, you can provide us with a telephone number the driver can reach you at once your flight has arrived.

How many bags can fit in the vehicles?

This depends on the vehicle you choose for your transport. The number of maximum bags is listed along with the type of vehicle on the vehicle page, so please take this into consideration when booking with us. If you plan to bring more than the vehicle’s maximum, an extra vehicle for luggage can be arranged for an additional cost. If assistance is needed, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How will I find my driver?

The driver will be holding a board/sign displaying your name, visible at at your baggage claim.

How long does it take to get from Honolulu International Airport to Waikiki?

Depending on the time of day and traffic, on average it takes about 30 minutes to get from HNL to Waikiki.

Is the listed price per vehicle or per passenger?

The price listed on the booking form is per vehicle. Within the passenger capacity, any number of passengers can ride in that vehicle.

Does the total price include gratuities and tax?

Taxes are included in the total price, but are not inclusive of gratuity. If you’d like to tip your driver, please hand it to them directly.

Can I get greeted with a lei upon my arrival?

Of course! There is a $35 fee per lei. Just let us know when booking your trip and it will be added to your total price.

Is there a Cancellation Policy?

If you’d like to cancel your booking:

• 72 hour or more notice: no charge

• 48 hour notice: 50% charge of total amount

• less than 24 hour notice: 100% charge of total amount
